Returns / Exchanges
  • No refunds - Only exchanges or store credit are offered within 7 days from purchase.
  • Store credit is provided once your returned item is received and inspected.
  • Store credit will be added to your Rossa Concept Store account and must be used in a future purchase.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Please note thatreturns are subject to a pickup charge, which will be applied when arranging the return collection.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • For footwear, do not scuff the soles when trying on.
  • Beauty/cosmetic products must be unopened and sealed.
  • Swimwear and lingerie must be returned with hygiene seals intact and worn over your own undergarments.
Abuse of Returns Policy
  • We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts if we detect excessive returns or exchanges.
  • Repeated abuse of the exchange system may result in loss of future exchange privileges.
Faulty or Damaged Items
  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the product description, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
  • We’ll coordinate with our partners to have the item returned.
  • Once accepted, you can choose between: 1.An exchange, or 2.Store credit.
How to Apply Store Credit

After your return is processed and approved, we’ll issue store credit to your Rossa Concept Store account.

  • When you place your next order, you can apply the credit code during checkout.
  • If your purchase exceeds the store credit balance, you’ll pay the remaining amount using your original payment method (or another payment method).
