Where is ROSSA Concept based?

ROSSA Concept is proudly based in Dubai, UAE.
Which countries do you deliver to?

Orders under 500 AED include a delivery fee of 20 AED, while orders over 500 AED are delivered free of charge within the UAE.

We also offer international delivery to the following countries with an additional international delivery fee of 45 AED:
Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, and Lebanon.

Additionally, express delivery is available upon request at an extra charge depending on the destination.
How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location, but we aim to deliver orders within:
        •        UAE: 1–2 business days
        •        GCC: 2–3 business days
        •        Levant & Egypt: 3–5 business days
What is your return policy?

We offer an easy and convenient return process, with exchanges or credit notes available within 5 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

Please note that returns are subject to a pickup charge, which will be applied when arranging the return collection.
How do I submit a return request?

At this time, ROSSA offers exchanges or credit notes only.
